A pot of sweet marjoram

株分けして増やしたマージョラム(多年草)を昨日友達のアレックスのアパートへもって行きました。

This is a small present for Alex, a pot of sweet marjoram that I divided from a pot I grew from seeds that my brother and sister in law gave us last Christmas.
Marjoram likes sunny places, and well drained soil. Does not like cold winter. But unlike other herbs, it's perennial, which will survive multiple years.
